We have a material library with any documentation a group would need to be quoted including a census, health applications, waivers, and more. Within the material library, we also have the Vault RFP Guide. This details the many products that Vault has to offer and how to get a quote for each of them. Contacts for each department are also included in the RFP Guide. Lastly, the material library includes the link to our SBC library. This allows clients to have access to all of the Vault plan options.
Client Service Team
Vault has a dedicated client service team to help assist our clients throughout their plan year. Our team is focused on being responsive and keeping our clients updated. As we transition clients from sales to client services, we ensure they have all the information they need, including contacts for their Vault plan and representative. Vault provides each new group with a welcome letter containing all the information they will need. Vault is diligent that every request will be seen through to the end and that all questions will be answered along the way.
Quick Turnaround
At Vault, we know the importance of quotes being returned to the client as quickly as possible. No more than two business days after receiving the census, our team will be able to provide the group with preliminary rates. Once we receive the necessary documents, we will be able to provide underwritten rates in about ten business days. To help us achieve our quick turnaround goals, we staff up during the busiest times of the year to ensure that quotes are still being sent out in a timely manner.
